Privacy Policy

This policy describes how The Noble Impact Fund handles information collected through this website and our giving, assistance, and volunteer channels. It will be finalized with counsel prior to public program launch.

Preliminary policy — subject to legal review

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as name, email address, mailing address, and payment details when you make a gift; contact information and case details when you request assistance; and any information you include in messages to our team. We also collect basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through standard web analytics.

How we use information

We use information to process donations, acknowledge gifts, issue tax receipts, evaluate assistance requests, communicate about programs and impact, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the website. We do not sell or rent donor or applicant information.

Payment processing

Donations are processed through Stripe. Payment card details are transmitted directly to Stripe over encrypted connections and are not stored on our servers. Stripe’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Applicant confidentiality

Information provided in the course of requesting assistance is treated as confidential. It is used only to evaluate and, where appropriate, deliver assistance. Families are never asked to publicize their circumstances as a condition of receiving help.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided by contacting us at hello@nobleimpactfund.org. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us directly.

Updates

This policy will be updated as programs formalize and as legal counsel reviews our practices. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
