Planned Giving

Permanence, structured with intention.

Planned giving is philanthropy designed for the long horizon — gifts structured with your financial advisor, estate attorney, or family office to create enduring impact while preserving tax efficiency and family legacy.

Bequests

Include the Noble Impact Fund in your will or living trust. Simple, revocable, and often the most impactful planned gift.

Estate Gifts

Beneficiary designations from retirement accounts, life insurance policies, and financial accounts pass outside probate.

Charitable Trusts

Charitable remainder and charitable lead trusts provide income streams while creating meaningful philanthropic impact.

IRA Qualified Charitable Distributions

Donors 70½+ may transfer up to $105,000 annually directly from an IRA. QCDs count toward Required Minimum Distributions.

Donor-Advised Funds

Recommend grants from your DAF at Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, Vanguard Charitable, or community foundations.

Appreciated Securities

Gifts of stock, mutual funds, or ETFs held over one year avoid capital gains and provide a full fair-market-value deduction.

Real Estate Gifts

Outright or retained life estate gifts of primary residences, vacation homes, and investment properties.

Business Interests

Closely-held stock, LLC interests, and partnership interests can be structured as pre-liquidity charitable gifts.

Legacy Giving

The Noble Impact Fund Legacy Society recognizes donors who have documented a planned gift of any size.

Endowment Gifts

Named and unrestricted endowments create permanent principal — the corpus is preserved, and annual distributions fund the mission in perpetuity.
