Is The Noble Impact Fund a 501(c)(3) organization?+
The Noble Impact Fund is a nonprofit charitable organization. Our 501(c)(3) determination from the IRS is pending. Donors should consult their own tax advisor regarding deductibility.
How is my donation used?+
Donations fund our three programs — Children with Medical Needs, Veterans and Military Families, and Families Facing Unexpected Hardships — along with the operating costs required to administer grants responsibly.
How do I request assistance?+
Most requests reach us through hospital social workers, veteran service organizations, schools, or community partners. Families may also inquire directly by email. See our Request Assistance page for details.
Do you make cash payments to individuals?+
No. When we approve assistance, we generally pay providers directly — landlords, utility companies, hospitals, or vendors — rather than paying individuals in cash.
How can my company partner with the Fund?+
Corporate partnerships can include event sponsorship, employee giving campaigns, matching gift programs, and cause marketing. See our Corporate Partners page.
Do you accept planned gifts or gifts of stock?+
Yes. We accept bequests, IRA qualified charitable distributions, donor-advised fund grants, appreciated securities, and other planned gifts.
Are my donations secure?+
Donations are processed through PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. We do not store payment card information on our servers.
How is the organization governed?+
The Fund is overseen by an independent board of directors that sets policy, reviews grantmaking, and provides fiduciary oversight. Financial statements will be audited annually by an independent CPA firm.
